Ingredients

¼ - ½ cup Raspberry Jam cordial
1 ½ cup cold water
1 cup hot water
1tblsp clean gelatine

Directions

Place gelatin & cold water into a bowl, stir until water gelatine has absorbed water.
Add cordial & mix well.
Pour in 1 cup of hot water. Stir well to combine. Then pour into serving bowl or cup. If you are in a hurry use ½ cup hot water, the rest ½ cup cold…it will set quicker:)
Place in fridge until set, then garnish with chopped seasonal fruit.
